  2. Rest for 10 minutes
  3. Mix gently (do not over stir)
  4. Pour into idli plates / dosa tawa
  5. Cook and serve hot

Chapathis

  1. Remove Chapathis from refrigerator
  2. Rest for 10 minutes
  3. Heat tawa on medium flame
  4. Place chapathi directly on tawa
  5. Flip both sides till soft
  6. Serve hot
